Cassandra is coming to visit soon and the others too I think, it will be great to see them but I fear they come not out of social need but out of a duty of responsibility. It has been there waiting in the back of all our minds that the battle is coming and we must choose our side. I know we will stand on the side of humanity and that means we must destroy our maker and her army. I just don’t know how we are going to do this there is only six of us but we may be able to gather others I just hope it is in time. Luca continues to amaze me with his easy transition to this life and he works so hard to control his gift so that he can protect me but I fear it is not enough. I have never seen a gift like his before and it is powerful and that in itself is dangerous because I know that treacle will want him on her side and he will be very powerful one day maybe unstoppable . I have not told luca but I also feel that we are going some where soon not sure where but I know it is important.

Caroline has the feeling that we are to get some visitors and she is sure it is Cassandra and Vincent maybe sapphire and george too. We have been waiting for this time to come but did not expect it this soon. We have been talking over what we should do to stop treacle and Nosferatu but drawing up blanks so far. They are both strong and old they have centuries of knowledge against us especially me as I am mere weeks old in vampire time. With that comes strength though for when vampires are first made they are stronger for a while but im still not strong enough to go up against two elders and their army. The worry has returned to her beautiful face and it pains me to see. I know a fight is coming and I am training as much as I can to harness my gift. I want to spend all my time training but caroline insists on us continuing our human charade.
