The male named kaden stood by cleo and put his arm around her. Ruby was first to talk “well I never” she said out loud she continued when she saw the others watching her “ I thought it was strange when caroline bonded with a human but a vampire bonding with a hunter. I never thought I would live to see that and as an immortal that is a long time”. gasps rang out among the group. Cleo and the kaden just smiled and shrugged their shoulders. “wait so if we are all here then the oracle was wrong” luca asked and ruby burst out laughing which shocked the rest of them they waited for her to compose herself. Brennan was by her side and he turned to her waiting like the rest of them “she never used the word die, she said one of us will fall and well cleo has become one of our group and she has fallen for kaden” the laughter erupted through the lot of them. I too was shocked but it just seemed right some how. We waited till the fire was done then we returned to the bus wondering what we should do next.
