The hunter caught up to us today, we were hunting in the forest and the boys were training when we all caught the scent it was sour and bitter. I went to luca’s side so fast I almost knocked in to him. We took off running in different directions to confuse the trail then met up at the bus and left. I had to explain to luca about hunters as he had never come across them before and I could see the panic on his face but he controlled it fairly well. Now not only do we have the vampire battle to deal with but also this hunter.

We were training in the forest today and I managed once to get the upper hand on Vincent but only for a second then he was back on his feet. Every one froze and I caught the scent too there was a human close by alone. Strange for a human to be this far into the forest alone but worse was the scent, it was stronger to us than any we had smelled before and every one but myself knew why. Caroline was at my side instantly and then we were running with the others who all split up and we met back at the bus. Once we were there caroline explained the strange scent. It was the hunter their blood is different from other humans it is bitter and sour. Even though they are still human they are tough to kill and they know how to kill us with ease, they have passed down this knowledge and training through generations.
